• Each booking is handled with care and it can take up to 10 business days to receive a reply to your enquiry.

  • Please provide two preferred days for the appointment on which you are often available. While Maarten is striving to accommodate your preferences, please note that due to high demand, he cannot guarantee the availability of these dates, but will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

  • The tattoo design will be prepared before or on the day of the appointment and will not be shared beforehand.

  • If your skin is too dry on the day of the appointment, the session may take much longer than planned. A little delay is not a problem, but in some cases, we've ended up working 3 hours longer than expected, and in such cases, extra hours are billed. Additionally, the free touch-up session is forfeited.

  • Do not schedule anything immediately after the appointment. The tattooing process cannot be rushed, so plan accordingly.

Appointments

  • The pricing of a tattoo depends on the size, location and complexity of the design. The minimum price is €150.

  • A non-refundable deposit is being collected to secure your appointment.

  • Should you have plans to reschedule, let us know at least ten (10) days in advance. 

  • We allow up to 1 reschedule within a time frame of three (3) months after the initial appointment date. A second reschedule - or past the date of three months will forfeit your deposit and require a new one to secure an appointment. 

  • Making changes to your briefing after completing the booking process may result in a cost adjustment and reschedule of the appointment. This is due to an extended time estimate. Each artist will book the appointment based on the briefing you share with them. Kindly inform us at least ten (10) in advance if you are contemplating any substantial design alterations.

Billing

  • A complimentary retouch is offered within a three (3) month window from your initial tattoo appointment, with the exception of hand, finger, foot, and ear area tattoos, which are not included in this service.

  • Retouches will be scheduled exclusively on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 11h00-12h00, contingent upon availability.
