  • To book an appointment with Maarten Kasantirto, simply head over to our Bookings page on the website. There you'll find all the information you need to start the process.

    If you’d like to get tattooed by one of our guest artists, please contact the artist directly. We regularly share upcoming guest spots and artist schedules on our Instagram — so be sure to follow us and stay in the loop.

  • Yes, you can change or cancel your appointment by contacting the artist directly.

    Feel free to reach out to them with any changes or cancellation requests. Please keep in mind the specific policies regarding appointment changes.

    * Please note: non-refundable deposit is being collected to secure your appointment.

  • Certainly! You are more than welcome to bring a friend or family member to your appointment. We want you to feel comfortable during your visit. However, please be aware that, for safety and hygiene reasons, only the client is allowed within the tattooing area.

    Your friends and family are free to enjoy our lounge area while you get your tattoo. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and clean environment.

  • Debitcard, Tikki, PayPal and cash only. We do not accept creditcard payments.

  • The pricing of a tattoo varies depending on factors such as size, location and complexity of the design. Our minimum price for a tattoo is €150.

  • The tattoo design will be prepared before or on the day of the appointment and will not be shared beforehand.

  • We understand that convenient parking is important when visiting our boutique studio.

    The closest parking garage is O-Park Europarking, located just a 9-minute walk from The Lunar House. To reach it, use this address:

    Alternatively, you can park along the canals nearby. Please note that canal parking is paid and enforced 24/7, so be sure to check the parking regulations when you arrive.

  • Absolutely! If you prefer to reach our studio by car, the Park and Ride (P+R) option is an affordable and convenient choice.

  • Due to current roadworks on Rozengracht, trams 13 and 17 no longer go all the way to Westermarkt. Instead, the closest stop to The Lunar House is now “De Dam” — just a short ride from Amsterdam Central Station.

    From De Dam, it’s about a 15-minute walk to our studio at Bloemengracht 99‑H—a scenic stroll along Amsterdam’s iconic canals.

    We recommend allowing a bit of extra time for your journey. Take in the charm of the Jordaan as you make your way to our doorstep. We can’t wait to welcome you!
